Currently working with a portfolio of twelve million dollars in projects, the group is setting a pace to exceed the expectations of a young company in a competitive market such as the Fort Worth - Dallas Metroplex. Current projects include mixed use retail and life-style centers to shadow anchored community centers. CAPROCK GROUP also has the experience and expertise to find the right mix of tenants and to secure the funding needed for non-traditional projects.
