	Highland Station, Saginaw, TX
	A Community Retail Shopping Center, 12,000 square feet, built in 2005 along Bluemound and Basswood in the growing northern community of Fort Worth (Saginaw). The center was sold in 2007 and exceeding the expectation of the investment partnership. Tenants include: Allstate Insurance, Bentz Physical Therapy, Hollywood Salon, Veterinarian, Local Donuts and Cleaners.
	Legacy MarketPlace, Fort Worth, TX
	A Walmart Supercenter Shadow Anchored Center. Built in 2007 on Five Acres at the intersection of White Settlement Road and Clifford Street. Negoiations to allow a TXdot Specicfic Bridge over a drainage easment, allowed the center to gain Access to Walmart's west Parking lot, gaining two signalized intersections into the site and Walmart's parking field. Aldi Grocery will anchor the site with a new 17,000 SF Building in the spring of 2009. Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, ProCuts, Metro PCS and other local Tenants opened in 2008.
