Negoiations to allow a TXdot Specicfic Bridge over a drainage easment, allowed the center to gain Access to Walmart's west Parking lot, gaining two signalized intersections into the site and Walmart's parking field. Aldi Grocery will anchor the site with a new 17,000 SF Building in the spring of 2009. Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, ProCuts, Metro PCS and other local Tenants opened in 2008. |
